HyperChart
HyperChart is an electronic health record for family medicine clinics. It records a visit or a dictation, turns it into a transcript and drafts the visit note and the patient's chart, which the clinician reviews and signs. Received faxes and documents are filed to the right patient, and the clinic's schedule, prescriptions and orders sit beside the chart. A clinic can keep its record on its own server in the office, or run entirely in the cloud with HyperChart Web.
